Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a): At the time of the site visit there were some small paperclips in a drawer cabinet located in the entry way that are accessible to children. The provider removed it at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there were some loose cords that form a loop in a drawer cabinet that is located in the entry way. There was also a loose cord hanging from the TV that was hanging on the wall in the back bedroom. The provider removed the cords in the drawer at the time of the site visit and relocated the loose cord hanging from the TV to where it would not be accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(d): The children have to pass the washer and dryer when going through a hallway to go to the bathroom and the washer and dryer is located out in the open hallway area and at the time of the site visit there was a child proof strap on the dryer that was not fastened and the washer did not have a child proof strap or another way to make it inaccessible to the children.
